Hello from Blogger for iphone, again!
With shock I realized that this is week one of my 16-week marathon-training schedule.
However, other than the 4.5 miles I ran with G and my MIL upon our return from France on Wednesday, the only bit of training I've done since has consisted of packing boxes, lifting boxes and having an hourly meltdown about how much I HATE packing. Yup, I can be a drama queen through and through and it seems that packing and moving house bring out the worst in me!
Anyhoo, if all goes well, we should officially be moved into our new home by tomorrow afternoon (though moved in does not equal unpacked!) and hopefully I'll be able to squeeze in an evening-head-clearing run then. Otherwise I'll be relying on seven days of boarding and skiing at altitude to have maintained my running base...
You can train for a half marathon in 5 weeks and a full in 15, right? RIGHT???
