I'm pretty sure that there's at least one person reading this blog who is not (yet) a runner (mom!!!!), so here's a rather apt description of the various stages that you'll undergo if you do decide to take up running. I find numbers 8 and 16 particularly true and 26 really says it all.

Do you guys think I go on too much about CrossFit? Oh well, tough. It's what's keeping me sane and fit while not running as much as I'd like to. Katie recently completed an Ironman-distance triathlon, and not just any ole' Ironman, but one that started at 6pm and lasted until the next morning. If that's not enough proof of her badassness, then head on over to read her recap which is, I kid you not, the best EVER post written in the human history of blogging. Seriously!
