Truth be told, I don't have much of a good reason why I haven't been blogging other than the usual busy-ness, with which I won't bore you. Oh, well, and I may have had a lot of visitors as well as a bday with lots of family staying... Another year younger!
But I must admit that Two Itchy Feet-Me has been having a little bit of an identity crisis.
You see, this is meant to be a running blog. For the better part of last year and the beginning of this one, I've been talking about running, be it 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, the dream of running a full one one day, speed training, intervals, ice baths, compression gear, sports-bra chafing and anything else running related.

Since then, instead of talking about running, I've been talking about wanting to run, not being able to, how I'm spending lots of money on physios and Pilates-for-runners classes and acupuncture but not too much about actual running.

So I'm coming back full force. And although I'm still a runner at heart, still dreaming about running a full marathon one day and competing in another triathlon and finally, finally, finally getting my sub-2-hour HM time, I'm now also a keen CrossFitter. So please bear with me while I figure out this knee thing and, in the meantime, smash some lifting PBs, learn how to do proper pull ups and manage to beat a boy at doing press ups. Cause that stuff's as much Two Itchy Feet now as is the running, which, by the way, I miss dearly.
